"Less is more, and none is perfect."

I attended a vocational college for UX design
I am responsible for all the digital platforms (app, web, internal, and external) and it may happen that some graphics or branding might appear.
First, learn the basic skills, like choosing a program such as Figma. Practice by thinking of something you want to redesign or an app you want to improve. I think the best approach is to constantly design and get feedback from friends or a Facebook group focused on design.
The more you practice and look at current UX or UI trends, the better you will become and the more you will develop. It's essential to have a good computer, which will help you a lot, and preferably an ergonomic mouse if you plan to spend 4-8 hours designing.
Becoming a designer is something you won’t regret, but considering today's technology and AI, it can also become a pain.
Being stuck in a bad company with uninteresting projects, boring tasks, and dull colleagues can make you regret your choice. It can affect your mood and performance as a designer. If you're in such a situation, it’s a sign that you should consider looking for a new job.
Through the web, I mostly use Dribbble, Pinterest, Behance and Awwwards. Otherwise, I look at other websites or apps and then redesign or improve the current ones.
I also try to step out of my design comfort zone by experimenting with different categories, such as a dog app or HMI for electric vehicles.
